What is a Virtual Assistant?
Virtual Assistance is provided by a 'Virtual Assistant', also know as a VA.  VA's provide professional administrative support to clients, usually by working remotely, on a self-employed basis.

How can a VA help you?
Support can be offered in two ways, as one off ad-hoc tasks or projects, or as regular contracted time covering a range of tasks or projects.
